This meeting will focus on recent changes in the amendment #2,
global and Canadian status and recruitment strategies.

AIRFARE

Attendees will arrange their fares through HRG  travel group.  Please call 1 877 592-5055, prompt 1 then prompt 4 and quote Novartis Group Reservation GC1090 . HRG will forward a copy of your itinerary to the meeting planner to facilitate hotel arrangements.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Upon arrival, please take a taxi to the hotel. Your taxi ride from the airport will be reimbursed, and vouchers will be provided for your return to the airport.

HOTEL AND MEETING VENUE

The  ONE KING WEST HOTEL is the selected venue for the PILLAR 2 (CRAD001N2301) Investigator Meeting. It is located downtown Toronto and is approximately 40 minutes by taxi from Lester Pearson Airport, a ten minutes walk from Union Station.

A room will be reserved for you by the meeting planner upon completion of your flight arrangements and she will send you your hotel confirmation number by email. At check-in you will receive a welcome package which will include a meeting agenda, hotel pamphlet listing available facilities and a map of the local area. All guestrooms have high speed internet access.

PARKING

Attendees arriving by car will leave their cars with the Valet attendant at the entrance to the hotel. Charges will be applied to the Group Master Account.
